The challenge for the Odournet team centred on aroma-profiling food samples and investigating malodours from recycled plastic packaging. They were primarily sampling the foods either with the Micro-Chamber/Thermal Extractor or using sampling bags, but coming up against some challenges, driven by changing customer requests.
