Service contracts
Service contracts are available for the entire portfolio of Markes' instruments globally, offering a coverage level that is right for you.
Our Full Cover Contract Plus (FCC+) and Full Cover Contract (FCC) service plans are designed to give you total assurance about maintaining analytical performance and uptime. If you prefer to pay for support as and when you need it, our Routine Maintenance (RM) contract is a cost-effective way of making sure that you don’t miss out on your annual preventative maintenance visit. Conditions for service contracts
Contracts can only be set up if the instrument(s) have just come out of (a) the one-year warranty period, or (b) a Markes-recognised service contract.
Should this not be the case, then a ‘pre-contract service’ may be required, for which the costs of labour and parts for rectifying any pre-existing faults are chargeable. This would usually be combined with the routine maintenance visit, in which case travel costs are not charged.
